Service Writer

Johnny’s Auto in Covina is searching for a Service Writer! If you consider yourself a “people person” and enjoy learning about and discussing various facets of the automotive industry, then you may be the right candidate for us. 

Johnny’s Auto was established in 1970 and uses state-of-the-art equipment and resources to give our technicians the ability to get clients’ cars serviced better and faster. 

The Service Writer will be required to perform the following tasks: 

• Greet/Talk to Clients 
• Explain Repairs 
• Schedule Repairs 
• Update Clients on Repairs
• Monitor Repair Orders 
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service 

Additionally, we’d like to find someone with previous experience in this type of role. It’s important for the Service Writer to be extremely organized, detailed, and patient. Those who have mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can relate to ALL clients in a positive and professional manner are urged to apply.
